These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pawfolio Pro mobile application ("App") provided by Pawfolio Pro ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pawfolio Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pawfolio Pro is a pet health management application that allows you to:
- Create and manage profiles for your pets
- Track health records, vaccinations, and medical history
- Schedule and log medications with reminders
- Store and organize pet-related documents
- Track weight, activities, and wellness metrics
- Find nearby veterinary clinics and emergency services
- Sync data across your devices via iCloud
3. User Accounts and Data
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of information you enter
- Keeping your device and iCloud account secure
- Backing up your data regularly
- All activities that occur under your account
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you create within the App. We do not claim ownership of your pet profiles, health records, photos, or any other content you add to Pawfolio Pro.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Medical Disclaimer
Important: Pawfolio Pro is a health tracking and organization tool, not a medical service. The App:
- Does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Is not a substitute for professional veterinary care
- Should not be used to make medical decisions for your pets
Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health concerns. In case of emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
Free Trial
Pawfolio Pro offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features. The trial is available once per Apple ID for subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly).
Subscription Plans
After the free trial, Pawfolio Pro requires a subscription to access premium features. The following plans are available:

Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
Lifetime Purchase
The Lifetime plan is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants permanent access to all premium features. This purchase does not include a free trial.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support through the App Store or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services including:
- Apple iCloud for data synchronization
- Apple Maps for location services
- Apple HealthKit for activity tracking
- Apple Calendar for appointment management
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
- The results of using the App will meet your requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party content or conduct
- Any other matter relating to the App
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawfolio Pro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination using the App's export features.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pawfolio Pro operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
